SUBSCRIPTION PLAN & FEES

$55 - Fueled Essential (Includes Bi-Weekly fueling for one vehicle.)

$65 - Fueled Convenience(Includes one weekly fueling for two vehicles):

‍ $115 - Fueled Priority (Includes twice per week fueling for two vehicles. Additional fill ups available on request.):

*Each vehicle added to your plan will be an additional $5 added to the subscription price.

‍*Fuel charges are billed separately at the time of each delivery.

‍*Fueled premium required at least a 48 hour notice to guarantee additional fill up requests will be met. Fill up requests can be made by text message to (859) 484-6767 or by email to Support@FueledKy.com.

1. SERVICES

‍Mobile fuel delivery service provided by Fueled LLC will be provided at the customers home address between the hours of 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM. The Customer will be responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible. The fuel cap for each vehicle to be serviced can be a maximum of 40 feet away from the closest accessible access point to the vehicle.

2. FUEL TYPE

Fueled offers only E87 at this time.

3. FUEL PRICING

‍Customer understands that Fueled LLC’s subscription fee covers the fueling service only. Fuel cost is billed separately at the going market rate.

‍Fueled will not sell fuel below the acquisition cost.

4. BILLING

‍Fuel cost will be charged directly to the card on file. If payment is not complete, late payments will be applied.

‍Fuel is billed on the day of delivery.

‍Subscriptions will be charged on the 20th day of each month.

‍By signing up for Fueled, the customer gives permission to Fueled LLC to charge the card on file for the subscription and separate fuel payments.

5. LATE PAYMENTS

If fuel payments are not made, a 5% late fee will be charged after 7 days.

‍An additional 5% fee will be charged each week until the bill has been paid.

‍Services will be paused until payment is received.

6. ACCESS AUTHORIZATION

‍Customer authorizes Fueled to access vehicle exterior and fuel door for service.

‍Customer assumes responsibility for access conditions.

‍Customer permits Fueled access to their property to make the necessary delivery.

7. AUTO PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

‍Customer authorizes charges to card on file to be made monthly for the subscription selected at the time of check out and for fuel cost at the time of each fuel delivery.

8. PHONE AUTHORIZATION

‍By signing this agreement, the customer authorizes Fueled LLC to send text messages, and/or email reminders for upcoming services. Fueled LLC’s privacy policy is available upon request.

9. MISSED DELIVERY

‍If any vehicle is inaccessible or is unable to be located, no refund will be made and no delivery will be completed. A fuel charge will not be made but subscriptions will be charged as normal.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

‍Fueled LLC is not liable for pre-existing vehicle issues or delays beyond control.

11. TERMINATION

‍Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by contacting Fueled support by phone at (859) 484-6767 or by email at support@fueledKy.com
